Isaac

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that my nephew, Isaac, is living here in Portland with his grandparents while his dad is serving our country. Well, Isaac starts kindergarten next week and I thought he needed some good "back to school" photos. Plus, these might help bring some warmth to daddy's barracks. Enjoy!

My nephew Isaac has come to live in Portland for a while while his dad is preparing to serve our country overseas. Since Holly had an all-day training to complete for her travel business, I threw all 3 kids in the van and we drove around town and took some fun pictures. Here are a few favorites...

Becky + Jerome = Wedding

I have to admit that I'm pretty excited about this post! A couple of weeks ago, I had the opportunity to assist the amazing Arya Wiese at a wedding in Albany, OR. The bride and groom were fantastic to work with, loved to take fun shots, and couldn't be more in love with each other. I posted a few of my favorites and, as always, don't forget the slideshow at the end!!

Summer Camp

While editing pictures, I came across this one from Caleb's summer camp in June. I took this of our kids and the Six kids at "family night". Although there are no faces in this one, it's still a favorite of mine... dirty socks and all...

The Rench Kids!

I had a lot of fun photographing the Rench kids! They are moving here to Portland with their mom and dad, who are the brand new pastors to Children and Families at our church, PFCN (www.pfcn.org). Our kids had so much fun playing with them and can't wait for them to get here permanantly!

Summertime Pics!

We had a great time this 4th of July, watching fireworks in the Oak Hills neighborhood. I took the camera for some fun fireworks shots and it even survived some kid nearly stepping on it and kicking it a good couple of feet. I got lucky on that one...







Early this week, I then received a new toy. My Tamron 17-50 2.8 lens! I was so excited to get it (even though they forgot to send me the lens hood..argh!) that I had to get out in the backyard for some pics. Here are the kids after some sprinkler playing time...
