A Princess Party

Last Saturday, the children's department in our church (http://www.pfcn.org) hosted a Princess Breakfast for the girls. I setup a backdrop to get some portraits of the princesses in their dresses and it was a LOT of fun! These are just a few of my favorites (Abby, the standard poodle, was the hit of the morning) and I, of course, had to include one of my own special little princess at the end.

An award winning smile...

I had the honor a few Saturdays ago to take some publicity photos of Rand, who will be receiving the Professional Achievement Award at Northwest Nazarene University, which honors an alumnus whose distinguished record of achievement has brought honor and recognition to the university. Here are just a couple of his images. Congratulations Rand!

A Free Gift!

I've decided to start a new monthly feature on the blog that will (hopefully) directly benefit those that follow the blog regularly. For this first month, I dug into the archives a bit... I was feeling a little tired of the rainy weather here in the Northwest and wanted some sunshine. This photo is from my 2005 trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. So since most of us aren't venturing back to Mexico for a while (thank you swine flu!), I thought I'd bring some of Mexico back to my blog readers. Enjoy!

Oliver turns 18...... months, that is!

I always love the opportunity to photograph Oliver. He has such great expressions and it's always fun to see what will grab his attention next. I hope you enjoy the images as much as I enjoyed taking them. Don't grow up too fast, Oliver!

And we couldn't forget baby sister, Stella, as both kids showed off their cute Easter outfits!
